Buying concert tickets
The process of buying concert tickets is plagued by high and hidden fees, widespread scams, and a stressful experience due to bots and site instability. Despite a massive market and clear willingness to pay for live experiences, consumers face a lack of transparency and feel exploited by dominant players, creating significant pain points for fans and opportunities for innovative software solutions.

"I sold a pair of (expensive) concert tickets on Ticketmaster and it was so vague and contradictory when explaining how/when I would be paid after I sold my tickets. I was first under the impression I would be paid 2 weeks after the tickets sold, but also read something that said I would be paid within 7 days after the event. Well, I sold the tickets 6 months before the event, so didn’t get paid until over 6 months after I sold them. Such a dumb way to pay their sellers."
"The ONLY thing I dislike about Ticketmaster are their fees. There seems to be a fee for a lot of things, even when buying digital tickets."
