"I contacted GrandPad recently and made them aware that my father in law passed away in April and that I was going to be returning the GrandPad. I spoke to multiple REMOVEDs at GrandPad about receiving a refund for the months that were not used and made them aware that the credit card that was used to pay for the GrandPads annual fee was no longer valid since my father in law is deceased. One REMOVEDsent me a link to update the credit card information on the account to a valid credit card and stated that the refund would be issued to this card once the equipment I was returning was received. A day later I received another phone call from a different GrandPad REMOVEDstating that they would be issuing a refund check to my mother in law since the original card was no longer valid. I received a call from a 3rd REMOVEDyesterday stating that they received the equipment and issued a refund of $300.80 to the original card. I explained that this card is no longer valid because my father in law is deceased and that I was told a check would be issued for the refund. I also exp"
