"Owner of a brick and mortar + ecommerce business. I regret starting my business in the Square ecosystem. Square feels like a company with less than a dozen employees. The engineers are not able to ship any changes and are floundering to fix the most basic bugs. Most of the time I search for a fix on the forums there are requests dating back 2-5 years asking for the same thing to be fixed. I don't think there has ever been an internal product tester - the "community forum" is completely filled with people posting bugs and fix requests daily for features that are incredibly obvious and industry standard."
