"I purchased the PRO version in 2023 to auto-sync and it only worked twice, each time for one day. I contacted them to make them aware of auto-sync not working. I received no assistance so I left a review. They contacted me and demanded I remove negative review. I stated I would remove once auto-sync worked or a refund. Auto-sync worked for a second time for one day, then it stopped working. It’s been over a year and there are no refunds. They repeatedly remove my review and I repost it. Buyer beware!"

"But syncing applewatch data is a hit or miss. One day I had 11 k steps with applewatch. It synced until 9971k. After this inspite of several attempts was stuck on this number 9971k. Result did not hit my daily 10 k goal even though in reality I had much higher steps.Worst was last night applewatch had 13 k + steps. The daily total synced up to pretty close. The cumulative total on Fitbit also went up to about 47 k getting me neck to neck with 4th place . At midnight when I checked my standing the cumulative total dropped to 38 k, bringing me down several spots. Luckily we are still in trial rounds. Real competition starts July 1. I am frustrated with the situation and looking into alternatives. Seems like a DB sync issue. Have sent several logs. Unless this app shows stability and reliability cannot use it for a serious competition."
